CFTC: Emitters build CCA net length while speculators short
Regulated entities reversed a California Carbon Allowance (CCA) net short in the futures only market, while increasing their net length in the combined futures and options market, and managed money reduced their net holdings for the contracts in both markets, according to the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
