WCI Markets: CCAs rise towards $33 ahead of US midterms

California Carbon Allowance (CCA) futures ticked up towards the $33 mark on heightened activity ahead of US midterm elections and the Q4 auction next month, while Washington Carbon Allowances (WCAs) rose to around the $40 mark on Thursday.
